Integrated Microchannel Reactor (MCR)

Description

The integrated microchannel reactor is a three-dimensional structural element with small channel size and structure. Which can be used for chemical reactions, and is manufactured with a solid matrix by means of precision diffusion bonding technology. The reaction medium flows in the channel of the reaction layer and completes the desired reaction in the channel. The heat exchange medium is distributed on both sides of the reaction layer to provide the temperature required for the reaction.

High mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency: the micro-channel structure design is adopted, there is no contact thermal resistance between the heat exchange layer and the reaction layer. The high specific surface area can improve the heat transfer efficiency between fluids. Micro-channel design on the reaction side, the reactants are instantaneous in milliseconds mixing to avoid back-mixing. High mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency, thousands of times that of traditional tank reactors

Efficient heat exchange: high space-time efficiency, high production efficiency

Continuously closed, fast and controllable. Green chemical engineering, safer and more environmentally friendly, reducing the risk of dangerous chemicals

Economical and reliable. Low capital investment, low operating cost, low maintenance cost
