Hybrid (H²X) Flue Gas Heat Exchanger

Flue gas waste heat SCO2 series heat exchanger for power generation system

Hybrid (H²X) flue gas heat exchanger is used for waste heat recovery from heavy truck exhaust to drive turbine power generation. Compared with the traditional casing type flue gas heat exchanger, the volume is reduced by 91.4%, the weight is reduced by 57.9%, and the pressure drop is less than 2kPa. The hybrid heat exchanger (H²X) is a staggered stack of microchannel plates and plate fins, which are integrated by a precision diffusion welding process. The hybrid heat exchanger combines the respective advantages of microchannel and plate-fin heat exchangers. The cold side is a microchannel plate with high temperature and high pressure resistance, and the hot side is a plate-fin mechanism, which has the advantages of large flux and low pressure drop.

DESCRIPTION

Craftsmanship:

The hybrid heat exchanger (H²X) is a staggered stack of micro-channel plates and plate fins, which are integrated by a precision diffusion welding process

Features:

Combining the respective advantages of micro-channel and plate-fin heat exchangers, the cold side is a micro-channel plate with high temperature and high pressure resistance, and the hot side is a plate-fin mechanism, which has the advantages of large flux and low pressure drop.

Application:

Medium and heavy duty trucks
